practice, to honour the life within and the creative feminine forces of the body.
Through developing a yoga practice you will also:
ö deepen your bond with your unborn child, while gaining a rich awareness of your self
ö strengthen and ready the body for birthing
ö learn breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques to assist with labour
ö meet the challenges associated with your pregnancy and labour with courage and confidence.
No experience is needed, however, practice will ideally commence before 24 weeks.
